50 g quick cooking oats
120 ml chocolate milk
1 small egg
45 ml (3 tbp) vegetable oil
35 g sugar
1 tbp honey
chocolate chips
100 g self raising flour & 1/2 tsp baking powder
OR: 100 g all-purpose flour & 1+1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Combine oats and milk and allow to stand for 15 minutes.
Stir egg, oil, sugar, honey, chocolate chips into the oat and milk mixture.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add oat mixture to flour mixture, stirring until just moist.
Fill cups at 2/3 full.
Bake at 200 C for 20 minutes.
