落日下的中山紀念公園

中山紀念公園為全港首個以紀念孫中山為主題的公園，2011年六月首階段開放。
歷史記載，孫中山當年被港英殖民政府驅逐出境，曾在船上約見香港的同志及支持者，船隻停泊地點正是紀念公園現址。
公園原址是為興建西區海底隧道新增的填海區，荒廢多年後港府最終決定闢作公園，整個公園興建工程於○八年初展開。
中山紀念公園的大草坪豎設孫中山的紀念銅像，致送銅像予公園的孫中山孫女孫穗芳亦有出席開幕式。
中山紀念公園內設計處處凸顯孫中山思想，銅像前方牌樓掛上印有孫中山墨寶「天下為公」大字的牌匾。
園內的海濱長廊、兒童遊樂處及人造草地足球場成為區內居民其中一個休憩重地。

馬拉糕

唔駛打蛋器, 唔駛用焗爐, 好似平時蒸水蛋咁, 超容易

材料(4件份量) :-

自發粉…… 80g  或    低筋粉  80g +泡打粉  1茶匙
吉士粉…… 20g
蛋 ………… 2隻
白糖 ………20g
黃糖 ………50g
牛油 ………30g
鮮奶 ………60ml

1.      溶牛油

2.      將蛋同糖打勻, 好似平時打蛋咁既手勢就得架喇

3.      加入自發粉及吉士粉, 攪勻

4.      加入鮮奶及溶牛油, 攪勻

5.      將麵糊倒入搽咗油既模中, 8成滿好喇, 隔水蒸約15分鐘, 大底就蒸30至40分鐘

首先用個煲煲到啲水微暖, 將啲蛋同糖坐住啲微暖水嚟打, 咁啲糖就會快啲溶, 然後將水再煲滾啲, 坐溶啲牛油, 坐暖啲鮮奶, 再用番嗰煲滾水嚟蒸, 摼水又摼力
