This is the second song he sent me, together with some words.What a fool I am that I treat this just as some sort of lyrics! Later I got this CD as a gift. It contains many beautiful songs. It’s worth buying.

M先生令我認識了 Sarah Brightman及 musical, 從此我聽歌的領域又擴闊了, 他的習慣是一首歌曲加一篇歌詞這樣的 send 給我, 可能他覺得的我的英文水平未達到能聽得懂全部歌詞吧, 我的無知才顯出他的學識廣博, 而有沾沾自傲之感, 這首由 Sarah Brightman 和 Cliff Richard 合唱的 All I ask of You, 是《The Phantom of the Opera》裡的一隻歌曲, 亦是他 send 給我的第一首歌曲。

1960年8月14日出生於英國的 Sarah Brightman，1981年參加的當時音樂劇《Cat》的面試，她飾演《Cat》劇中的白貓 Jemima，引起了 Andrew Lloyd Webber 的注意。
1984年，這一對有情人終於結為眷屬，這也將 Sarah 的演唱事業一步步帶向巔峰。
1986年十月，「Her Majesty’s Theatre」in London 推出了 Webber 的音樂劇《The Phantom of the Opera》，Sarah 完美的詮釋了女主角 Christine，這角色是 Weber為她量身定製的，女主角 Christine 的音樂就是根據她的音域而作，Webber 並堅持要由 Sarah來出演。結果，將她的演藝生涯推上了高峰，從此她成為音樂劇的第一女伶。
後來 Sarah也演唱許多 Webber的歌曲，包括1976年的作品《Don’t Cry for me Argentina》，並收錄到專輯裡。
1990年，他們離婚了，因別人總認為 Sarah的成功是靠著 Webber的關係。但離婚後，布萊曼仍然在Webber的音樂劇《Aspects of Love》擔任女主角，其中有一首歌曲「Anything but Lonely」，是我很喜歡的。
1992年，她與 José Carreras 演唱了 Barcelona Olympics 的主題曲《Friends for Life》(Amigos Para Siempre)，這首歌曲也是由 Webber 創作的。

1993年，Sarah 離開 Andrew Lloyd Webber，開始向流行音樂的領域進軍。97年，一首在德國拳王 Henry Maske告別賽、與 Andrea Bocelli合唱的《Time to Say Goodbye》，讓她成功踏入流行樂壇的領域。莎拉成為史上最暢銷的古典流行跨界女歌手。

最後一夜

哀哉!亞苦新搞作!一次指法錯落,回頭,已不可能,三思呀!!!
先頭部隊,偉大精神,可敬! 他朝吾體也相同,無奈!
預計將來我會係‘3唔’人仕 : 唔多想寫,唔多想睇,睇咗唔多願回應,因為新嘢設定嘅蟻粒字體 (後天可能有得調較啩),隨住年歲漸漸增長嘅我,睇到眼都痛! 而且加埋我仲係‘3冇’人仕添 : 適應力冇, 忍耐力冇, EQ最冇!
早幾日已經有一把疑似聲音話我‘行’架喇,係呀,因為‘回憶’總係要拖住‘傷感’出場,唔想記,冇去記咁多嘢嚟寫,嬲架,3日咁多啦,因為第4日我已經唔記得你係乜水喇! 弊啦,第2時連整色整水function都冇埋,企圖美化畫面嚟瞞天過海嘅我,嗰時咪更加‘行’上加‘行’!
第2時仲似足考試咁,老師只會供應白色A4單行紙畀你,要寫就寫响上面! 清一色白紙黑字,冇晒個性,一個個倒模出嚟咁,悶!
愛得太遲,幸未愛得太深,不過有點錯愛了你的感覺!
聽聞新嗰件嘢暫時仲未學識唱歌住,有得聽時就聽多啲喇!呢支歌係我特別揀選架!

熱香餅3

材料 :-
蛋一只
鮮奶 225g一盒
自發粉
vanilla香油幾滴 (冇整餅好耐, 冇存貨, 所以加咗一匙更 honey)

做法 :-
將蛋打勻, 加入鮮奶再攪勻, 麵粉續少續少落, 起勢攪呀攪, 攪埋啲愛心落去,
落吓粉又攪吓咁, 見到檀嘢杰杰哋又 feel 唔到有粉粒, OK

加少少油, 燒慶個镬, 將檀杰嘢由中間落镬,

見到越嚟越多豆皮窿窿, 就可以反轉另一面再煎

嘩, 相似度 98.9%, 正反面都咁靚仔, 收貨啦!

埋單計數, 鮮奶$5, 德青源蛋$1.6, 麵粉$2, 加埋成本都要$8.6, 仲未計要晨咁早爬起身, 又要忍受油煙同冒住會畀油煙升到面都黃嘅後遺症!
平日朝早返工响麥記都係賣14個大洋咋, 仲有埋杯 coffee or tea! 呢勻係咪做咗亞茂呢, ‘愛心無價’, 唯有咁安慰自己啦!

幾粒鐘後, 消化得七七八八, 見有個油镬响處唔好嘥, 將啲雞髀菇切條加牛油, 蒜蓉, XO醬, 瑤柱蠔油炒埋又一碟, 好香呀! 凡菇類都要落少少牛油炒, 會香好多架!
